'Crust & Charisma Pizzeria's journey began with one dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Veneto, 25. The Rossi family, in 1985, opened our small pizzeria as a family endeavor, with recipes passed down through generations.
Marco Rossi, the pizzeria's creator, mastered the pizza-craft during her Italian odyssey, particularly in Naples, where pizza originates. She returned to the UK steadfast in her resolve to reproduce the quintessence of Italian pizza, embracing the old-world techniques and top-tier ingredients.
What started as a cozy 12-seat venue has now expanded into a cherished local fixture. Despite our growth, our dedication to craftsmanship and original tastes stands firm. Our ovens are still fueled by wood-fire, our dough is made from scratch daily, and we're committed to sourcing the most superior ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'Crust & Charisma Pizzeria' upholds its family roots, with the succeeding Rossi family members at the helm of our enthusiastic team. Although we've adopted contemporary advancements, the essence of our trade endures: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
