Orders

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the Order Confirmation).

Price and Payment

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
